Over the last 35 years Nick has gained substantial experience across the branded and wholesale markets, as well as a deep understanding of the private label/supply-side, working closely with major retailers and brands such as Next, M&S, John Lewis, Anthropologie and Mint Velvet. Nick is a strategic and proactive thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who can build business relationships and drive sales through his extensive knowledge of product development, manufacturing and sales management.

Andrew has over 40 years experience in the UK Textile and Clothing Industry having established one of the UK's leading textile agencies, and has supplied product to M&S, Next, C&A, George, F&F, TU, Debenhams, ASOS, River Island, Frasers, Fat Face, Jaeger, Mint Velvet, Primark & Dunnes. Specialising in product development, sourcing, production, and sales of greige fabric to the finished garment, Andrew has developed a close network of suppliers and producers in the Far East, Indian Subcontinent and Turkey.

Roland's family are steeped in the history of the fashion Industry having founded Windsmoor in the 1930s. He completed the Marks and Spencer Management training scheme before joining the family business, and then embarking on a career supplying Marks and Spencers with major suppliers such as Bairdwear, Dewhirst and SR Gent. In more recent years he has combined his eye for product with his extensive knowledge for sourcing fabrics and garments in supplying major global retailers such as: Top Shop, Wallis, House of Fraser, C&A, El Corte Inglés, Fat Face, Sea Salt and also working on corporate wear projects.
